We just finished our session at #oeb24 It was my bold act of the month to do a tech demo at a conference. It felt like a huge tonal shift from big picture thinking to the practical building of TECAs and yet it was immensely valuable. We’re charging forward with the community alongside us 💕💪

One of my best moments of the year was when Nitya Kuthiala was selected for 30U30 at #OEB24 For leaders out there: it’s not about what you can “get” people to do, it’s about what you can enable people to do. Seeing her present today was a full circle moment.
