Funny story about this - the cause was rooted in world generation, where all Mycosiph Spawners were hilariously replaced with Lotus enemies. So there wasn't just one Larry. There were A LOT. This bug also popped in a dev build using old POI files, turning Crankos into a Crab Egg😭
