It's easy to get mad, you SHOULD get mad! But the only reason I came to utilize 5Calls after never doing anything beyond retweeting before was because someone was patient enough to tell me HOW to do it, rather than say "DO THIS OR IT'S YOUR FAULT", which gives a bit of a different impression

I had never done this before, but it's quite easy! 5Calls give you a list of senators and reps to call to make your statement! The goal is NOT to convince them directly, but to reveal the unpopularity of the Act, I live in a Republican state and yet my words were tallied all the same 5calls.org

I think the biggest damage to the art community was the obsolescence of gallery sites (y!, deviantart, etc) and the rise of scroll-by social media, like twitter and even tumblr. Art is not ''content'', you shouldnt need to post art every day (or every month!) to be relevant. This mindset sucks.
