S5 biggest issue is the sudden tone shift imo. It’s like they dumbed down every plot and character, to the point where everyone sounds like they’re in a dora the explorer episode. S4 was so dark and moody. The stakes were SO high. Wth happened??! 💀 who thought this was a good creative decision ??!!

I have so many people reaching out to me on ig, talking about how they’ve always loved Steddie and how season 5 brought them into the fandom. They’re all a bit lost, they’ve never read fics and are new to AO3, so they’re asking me for recs 🥹💕 the #steddie nation has never been this alive people!!!!
