I had a new tattoo yesterday. I’ve always loved the Green Man and when the tattoo artist created this for me I was amazed by it. It is everything I’ve wanted.

When you get a new PB on squat (205kg/452lbs) and then step at the end. Three red lights 🙃 But I know I can do it and the speed of it tells me that there’s plenty more in the tank!

Pulled 230kg (507lbs) yesterday after my volume session, just for confidence at my comp on Sunday. Agreed with my coach that my openers will be 185kg squat 105kg bench and 220kg deadlift.

This weeks top set squats 3x1 185kg (408lbs). Training gets serious over the next few weeks as I head towards my comp on 25th January
