🌞 Curious what's going on with #TowersOfTheSun? Here's the first of 2 bigger March dev updates from the team. Right now, we're specifically focused on looking through the proposed changes to the game from @allplay.bsky.social for their upcoming version. Exciting stuff for us at the studio! 🤩

Another #DragonEyes dev update from March.🐉

Despite being a publisher, we are very interested in hearing more about this, as we continue our transition to more of a design-driven studio rather than a market-driven business.

🐉 #DragonEyes, one of our upcoming games, is going through its final development, at a stage where the product design is becoming as much of a focus as the gameplay. If you're interested to learn more, stay tuned, we'll be revamping and opening up our playtest group quite soon!

We'd be curious to know if any pubs out there aren't using the Adobe Cloud suite and if so how has the interaction with factories been using other, potentially free layout software?

We are a small publisher / two people and we would never take the stance that gen AI tools would help us. We second this notion that if you are trying to pay artists, you'll find a way, if what you're making has an audience. People want human-made art!

As an avid supporter of print-and-play roll-and-write #BoardGames, I'm dismayed by the increase of "AI art" used by the designers. This is what I sent to a designer today. So bummed, the game looks good. But there are lots of good games coming out and I'll toss my $ at those not using AI "art".
