In a non-corrupt country with functioning regulators, you'd probably prohibit any additional media consolidation. But if a deal has to get done, of the three bidders for Warner Bros Discovery (Comcast/NBC, Netflix, and Larry Ellison/CBS), Netflix is the better option...
