Politicians are required to submit a financial disclosure when they take public office.  Today, I am asking Premier Eby to extend this disclosure to force politicians to disclose their cryptocurrency accounts.  The public deserves transparency.

Our current mayor, Ken Sim, is a bitcoin aficionado, and it's cool to see a mayoral candidate push back on that so hard. Making Vancouver a "bitcoin-friendly" city - a stated goal of Sim's - is not just lame and cringe and a dumb focus; it enables crime and erodes democracy and so is *actively bad*

Politicians should have to disclose cryptocurrency accounts. We need more transparency and accountability from our elected officials.

Racism is never okay. Today we recognize the work we still need to do.

Unlike Ken Sim, William Azaroff, and Pete Fry, Vancouver Liberals will not cheerlead a deal being negotiated in secret, away from public scrutiny and without any media reporting until it is nearly done. Public land. Public process. No corporate welfare.

The Canucks proposal needs to be more ambitious. 1️⃣ It needs a brand-new ice sheet that doesn’t take time away from minor hockey. Adding a new ice sheet is a win for everyone. 2️⃣ Any decision between business and council on public lands shouldn’t be made in secret but in full view of the public.

Islamophobia has no place in our society, in our schools, or in our politics.
