HDs 34, 35, & 37 along I-81 are in Va.’s 6th CD. Geographically, the smallest of these 3 HDs includes the city of Harrisonburg. HDs 39, 43, 44, 45, & 46 are in the 9th CD. HD 39 is east of Roanoke city. The other 4 HDs are west of Roanoke city. HD 50 is in the 5th CD, bordering North Carolina.

Only 9 Va. HDs remain w/o Democratic candidates in 2025; which means Dems are currently challenging 40/49 GOP held HDs. The GOP is currently challenging 13/51 Dem held HDs. 🚨: To Va.’s political press: that’s known as a very serious “ENTHUSIASM GAP”.
