All that was really fixed today was upping my dosage for lamotrigine and a couple other things that are suppose to help with sleep/nightmares. But I have an appointment next week for adhd things so I’ll take that over waiting another month.

nervous about my psych appt later, so life update I guess. Been on lamotrigine for a month, haven’t noticed any kind of changes at all. Will probably up the dosage if she wants me to stay on it, but I’m really hoping I get medication for the thing I’m really struggling with. I miss drawing.

got my diagnosis this morning and wrapped up therapy. It’s not surprising at all that I have ADHD…chronic ptsd was ruled out and autism deferred bc symptoms line up a lot with anxiety. Wish I would have assessed for anxiety instead bc that seems more accurate but it feels so nice making progress.
