Early data from Australia's National Lung Cancer Screening Program is encouraging. Since the program started on 1 July 2025, almost 50,000 Australians at higher risk of lung cancer have enrolled, with more than 45,000 low-dose CT scans completed, and around 290 people enrolling each day.
