My current brainworm: Hoarding is behavior that dragons only exhibit in captivity. In the wild, shiny objects are collected briefly, & then presented to a mate as a temporary nest. But when trapped without mates, distressed dragons collect continuously, guard hoards aggressively, & settle on them.
