Things moved very slowly… and then very quickly. I was laid off March 31. I applied to 55 jobs. May 21, I got a cold email from a recruiter. I did interviews May 25, 26, and 27. Offer received and signed May 29. That same day, we viewed 4 apartments. Applied for the first one we saw and got it.

I have SEVEN HOURS of technical interviews with three different companies tomorrow this will be a new record for me 😭

tw: 💩 a year ago my gallbladder was removed in an emergency surgery. since then, I’ve had severe bile acid diarrhea every morning and after every meal. last week I began using a low dose (1/10th) of ozempic as an off-label treatment, expecting weeks to see results. I was cured overnight. 🧵

nothing planned. I might add something to my right ear (a second lobe piercing or a flat) in a few years, and I could potentially get a nose ring. but my cartilage heals really poorly, so it’s kind of a slog. def never getting non-head piercings ✌️ just not something for me.
