painful health issue flared up a couple days ago… I had a few drinks to help ignore the pain, and took an edible to sleep… I then fainted while peeing, banging up my right arm then today I spilled ramen on myself while trying to sit up on the couch, burning my right pelvic area fml 😭😭

I finally did the Wednesday run again after 5 months off. I don’t like running in the rain 😭 3.5 mi at 10:12/mi for the main run 1.4 mi at 8:45/mi for the beer run I’m surprised my lungs still work!
