It was fascinating to experience the huge but deserted LA metro last week. It was a case study in school Geography for huge investment in public transport(ation), but little uptake from commuters!

Wonderful to coordinate a rendezvous with Jeremiah Coogan in LAX. We had twenty minutes between flights!!
