Just got home from my 92 year old neighbour's funeral... She was lovely and very musical. The funeral reflected this well... If funeral's can be good, this was a good one. Having tea and biscuits now .. ☕

I know my din dins get a bit samey, but I do love this gyros mix on pork or chicken. The spuds aren't burnt by the way. They're roasted in a Moroccan marinade. I never thought to have tzatiki with a hot dinner, but it absolutely works 😋
