team underperformed in fluti. technically we met exactly our seed but i felt like i was playing way better than that today. had bad games of course but that happens and my play on average was excellent. tbh i've not had much to be proud of in a long time and it's really started bothering me lately

played embarrassingly bad at my first lan. after set 1 which we had no chance of winning i got super nervous for the first time in i don't even know how long. i missed more shots than i hit and did not play or comm like myself at all. i'm going to be beating myself up about this for a while sadly

I had to miss one week of Splatoon because I was of town and then got sick. My mechanics were worse, but still there. After that one day, I chose to miss a second week of Splatoon because an irl friend's Minecraft realm and Pokemon DLC. It feels like I have not played Splatoon in years. ouch LOL

I still get sentimental for the time Decav released in a way that I don't get with other games. Imagine one of your favorite games releasing again and being 20x better than the first time. The play sessions then were consistently even longer and more exciting than entire new video games are for me

#compsplatoon 23rd/92 in the second preseason week! Looks worse in a vacuum but the average team seemed stronger and it feels like we're getting closer to figuring out our team's biggest faults. Very happy with how we did!
