It's a difficult measure, the average peasant lives to around 60, but magical means can definitely improve someone's lifespan. Unless they're an adventurer. Then it becomes complicated! If they survive the first few years of their adventure, they will likely live for a very long time.

I am rather young even by human standards... Only one-fourth of our average lifespan.
