Damn, we really could have had it all.

The whole trip was an absolute mindfuck because like, I got a kid free vacation and watched a whole season of a show and slept 12 hours every night and had good food with my friends but also Susie is dead.

Just to cap off the trip, I heard a song Susie and I used to sing in the car while eating lunch at the airport and started to cry, and then my lunch gave me food poisoning. It was a fun day. I’m home now and I’m going to bed.

Walked outside of my hotel to buy a Diet Coke and saw my wedding venue across the street. Realized that this is the hotel I stayed in the night before my wedding. Susie was my maid of honor.

Left my house yesterday at 10 am, got stuck in the airport for 8 hours, landed at 12:45 this morning, got to my hotel sometime between 1:30 and 2 am, got up and went to the funeral of one of my favorite people in the whole world so yeah it’s been a rough couple days.

Yeah so it turns out that your best friend’s funeral is really fucking sad, I don’t recommend it.
