I knew they were doing something way more clever than just multiplying Textures with Vertex Colors! There are 3 separate textures for almost EVERYTHING and they get blended together across a ton of drawing passes, it seems simple but it's a big coordinated act with distinct, beautiful results.

Also, sinus pressure decided to kick in and is hurting my head even after all of this tire nonsense. Man, first a ton of plumbing issues, and now this? What a great way to start 2026, huh? 🥲

UPDATE: Got my car back! Tire has been replaced, and oil has been changed. The associate showed me where exactly the puncture on the tire was located to give me a better idea. It was on the side facing underneath the car, not facing the outside.

UPDATE: So, I got a call from the auto care place. The tire is unrepairable. They're going to replace the tire completely. On top of an oil change and fixing the tag light. Apparently, there was a little puncture on the inside of the tire. Not sure how that happened...

So, my car got a flat tire right as I was about to leave work. How's your day going? 🤣

This right here! For real though, I too am hoping for focus on single player content before. I wanna have an experience similar to playing Subspace Emissary in Brawl! (No, World of Light is not the same to me.)
