Consistently between the hours of 6am-12pm, for the last two months, my neighbors have been either screaming at each other, yelling on the phone, or blasting loud music beneath my bedroom. It’s disturbing my sleep schedule so much and I’m so exhausted. I’ve never dealt with a neighbor like this.
