ANW was a lot of fun! I was very busy but met a lot of really cool people and got a lot of creative inspiration!! this was one of my favorite years of the con so far!!!

All things considered, 2025 was a pretty good year! Despite some major setbacks I accomplished a lot in a lot of important ways. I'm cherishing my family and friends and entering 2026 in a much better place than I entered 2025. I've got some exciting things lined up and can't wait to share them!!!

day two of gmtk!!!! yesterday was a long one but i got the core mechanics figured out and our art looks great. we had a lot of good ideas for the theme and i think we ended up choosing a pretty safe one, but it has a lot of polish and it'll be great if it all comes together!

In happier news, I was able to finish Morsh's fursuit head in time for pride! I started it back in... February? Most of that time was spent figuring out how to print TPU and tinkering with my printer. In the future, I think I'd stick to using a foam base. I got a lot of compliments on it! Yippee!

i'm going locked in mode

so close to being done... now i'm at the boring part like making locally synced volume sliders... just need a few more tweaks before i'm happy publishing + submitting this world! i'm also realizing now that i'm going to have to make my own bootleg icons + sfx before i upload it...

I do sometimes wish that I spent more time working in mediums that lend themselves to shorter projects. It can be disheartening to see artists posting doodles when code/3D/fursuits look like shit for most of the project and have 'hidden' work that takes up so much of the time...

I've been a little quiet here! A lot of my time has been spent studying and practicing interviewing to land a job in tech again. In my spare time, I've been finishing up the 3D printed fursuit head and toying with a VRChat world I've had on the backburner for a while. Sneak peaks for the fans:

i'm tired of all these streaming services so i set up my own little tv station with ONLY shows i like, different schedules based on the time of day, and little custom bumpers :) i used jellyfin + ersatztv if you want to set one up yourself

HELLDIVERS: MODDED

Craftable Mannequins and PooltoyZ have been updated for Project Zomboid Build 42 and are still backwards compatible with Build 41! Took longer than I expected, but they're fairly light mods!

i finally beat monster hunter: world! i played through most of it a few years ago but my friends were bitching that playing with the bow meant i was playing on easy mode.. i am now a longsword enjoyer. i cannot imagine playing this game without a counter. iceborne awaits.

spent some time today figuring out how to update my zomboid mods from build 41 -> 42. there is NO documentation so it's been fun/frustrating reversing and grepping through the source code to figure out what's changed.. thankfully neither mod is too complicated! shouldn't end up taking too long.

I've also been thinking more about 3D printing fursuit head bases... I haven't worked with TPU before but it seems like a good option for a base. The biggest issue would be the initial investment of getting a direct drive and more material... Might be time to prototype with PLA...

I'm glad i took a ton more WIP pics this time; I'll compile them into a single image later. hopefully it was a fun little peek into fursuit making!! :3 now time to sleep before the con tomorrow... zzz...

finished feetpaws.. almost! my clippers are too weak to shave this fur so a lot of the detail is lost.. but it'll be there when i get some new blades. i thought a lot of the pieces were too small to machine sew, but I ended up using this as practice and it saved me a lot of time!
