Looks like A2A's use of /.well-known/ scheme for agents imposes that agents have their own domain. You can't put an agent under a subpath: example.org/travel/.well-known/agent-card.json (must be travel.expl.org/travel/.well-known/.. Nor is there a mechanism to declare several agents. Future problems
