Spent the last five days trying to code something simple that was supposed to take a couple of hours. Today I learned it wasn't working not because there was anything wrong with my code but because my image files were somehow corrupt (for no apparent reason). How's everyone else's new year going?

Some Reddit comments assumed the Grave Regrets trailer contains AI animation, so I want to point out: there's zero AI, and every frame is hand-drawn. If anything I almost wish it was AI-assisted with how long it took to animate a simple head turn. Will be sharing more progress shots in the future.
