AI could be used to fight silly bureaucracies that make services inaccessible. But maybe the better option is to fix the silly bureaucracies in the first place. Examples: paperwork,, appeal, and peer-to-peer papereork for insurance; disability paperwork.

Read the whole thread. It is really insightful. This is really disgusting. Most of the time people struggle to get accommodations. They are too scared to ask. It takes a lot to finally get them what they need. This is cruel and unacceptable.

Beverly Soon Tofu in Koreatown in L.A. Not sure it's my favorite but it's my favorite among many other L.A. restaurants that I still know the name of. There's also a tiny French restaurant in Alhambra in the mid-2000s I really loved. Service was slow and the owners were eccentric but fun.

Dinner was a garlic rosemary pork loin roast with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach, with some chocolate muffins as dessert. Kinda heavy for the night but at least now I won't get blown away by this gust. Thankful the snow squall didn't happen.
