Awake is not only one of my favorite Jin songs, but one of my favorite BTS songs. It's about raw emotional courage and determination, but phrased in a way that you feel seen where you are even if you yourself haven't worked out the courage to keep moving forward yet 💜

At its release, as a new ARMY, I could barely eek out what Namjoon's Indigo meant to me. All I could verbalize was that it was an instant classic, on par with Fleetwood Mac’s Rumours, which I listened to every day at one point in my life. Indigo is THAT album now. And this review does it justice. ⬇️
