On June 18, 2025, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled against transgender youth and their right to essential health care in landmark lawsuit U.S. v. Skrmetti in a 6-3 vote. See the attached slides for more information on how we move forward.

BREAKING: A federal judge ruled all transgender and intersex people can obtain passports that align with their gender identity while the case against President Trump's executive order proceeds. While this is good news, we will continue fighting until this executive order is blocked permanently.

we need to keep a close eye on the legal battle between maine and the trump administration. the battle is purportedly about trans athletes, but is really about federal vs blue state power. if maine can beat trump on trans athletes, any blue state can beat him on any issue.
