I tried playing two matches. I couldn't play as Billy in either of them, and I got brutalized in both. The last match even had a toxic teammate as a bonus. I guess that's enough.

As much as I dislike shooter games (I'm terrible at them), I feel like playing Deadlock just because of Billy.
