Guest choices are the best choices! Surprise of the day was the Glen Scotia 7, fighting well above its weight category and the Blackadder Longrow not living up to expectations. The Hirsch CS is very tasty though I'm not sure what the cognac finish adds. #whisky #bourbon

Battle of the IB Aultmore tonight. The 33 should be in a jazz club. Smoooth! Nice! Milky coffee with caramel syrup. The 16 is spicy, lots of black pepper and fresh ginger. Both wonderful drams. #whisky
