Sword Hilt • Donegal • c.2000 years old This bronze sword hilt was found by fishermen in the harbour at Ballyshannon, Donegal. It has similarities with Iron Age examples from the 1st century BC from France and Yorkshire. You can see it on display in the Treasury of @nmireland.bsky.social
