Tallying up film usage for 2025 - Shocked that I shot/developed/scanned 170 rolls of film, with about 80% being 35mm, the rest 120 and 1 roll of 110. B&W predominates. My plan to use 4x5 this year (after a decade hiatus) will surely result in less film shot, right? :D #ishootfilm

I have lots of editing to do with images of recent trips, so what do I do to waste time? I go back into my binders of slides that have never been scanned. I wondered what % of slides were shot on Kodachome vs other chromes. Ektachrome was probably the dominant one, with all its different flavors.

I guess that if you don’t want to be prosecuted for war crimes… maybe you shouldn’t commit war crimes. Right now, the USA is being run by criminals, traitors and a demented figurehead.

A few weeks ago, on the backroads of SW Virginia. Floyd County has a lot of scenes like this. There are many old farms that are no longer lived on, but out of state descendants still own the property.

I wonder what the Corps of Discovery would think of crossing the Mississippi at 65 mph? Lewis and Clark was on my mind when we crossed at St. Louis from Illinois.

I don't use the Lomo LCA 120 as often as I should, probably because I only get 11 shots on a roll and the frame spacing varies a great deal. However, when I see the results, I know I should shoot it more.
