*Grabs all the 18 year old artists by the scruff* Listen kids, art teachers drawing over your art is the correct way to teach. The issue here is not teachers, it's you being too ego involved. You can make pretty art at home, art class is for messing up faster so you can learn, not for showing off.

a lesson learned I've learned is that when a person is dead set on the idea that you are their nemesis & committed to misunderstanding you at every opportunity, that signifies a great shame & insecurity in them that they are trying to weaponize to silence you. Don't let it & keep your distance.
