So as most know, I have audhd and struggle with exercise and thus am chronically low energy. My sister recommended I try creatine for exercise and... ngl this is working better than my stimulants. BOTH my physical & mental energy is at 100% whereas normally I'm at 30%, and on stimulants maybe 50%!!
