It was the day to sharpen the gigantic pencil and I swear everyone had one job - don’t drive. The numbers of kayaks and bikes were unbelievable. (The video only shows a smidge.) The crowd was huge too. Lots of great, silly energy! It’s summertime in the “frozen tundra” as they say. #minneapolis

Did you know Minnesotans rarely use car horns? We’ll sit behind a car that doesn’t move when the light turns green, waiting until the driver realizes it’s time to go. So you can imagine the sound of blaring horns mixed with whistles in our neighborhoods tells us something is really, really wrong.
