I can't understand why car dealerships have settled on the "abusive, gaslighting family" model of customer experience. I want to buy a car *without* a salesperson convincing me that this dealer is the only one I can trust while the finance officer secretly schemes to bleed my bank account dry.

There's something magical about discovering a domain you owned 20+ years ago that you lost, got shuffled around between different owners, and thought you'd never see again, is free again. It's absolutely made my morning to get back this small piece of personal history.

"The users won't notice your little #design mistake." The mistake:

Deep fried turkey: something that is trendy and sounds like a good idea, but is actually really bad or disappointing. I'm gonna start using it that way. Mark it down here as the first usage in English.

"Throw some #AI at it" is quickly becoming an attempt to solve #UX #design problems without solving them by people that understand neither. AI can't save a shit product.
