As this term comes to a close, we pause to reflect on the past three months with full hearts. From January to March, the Centre of Taiwan Studies has been lucky to host 11 rich and thought-provoking talks, each one a gathering of minds, stories, and questions.

Hearing Ko-hua Chen’s poetry read aloud in both Chinese and English was something else—bold, rhythmic, and completely hypnotic. We are so grateful to everyone who came—it is nights like these that remind us why literature matters.
