Today marks 10 yrs since my #jpouch excision & #ostomy surgery due to perianal fistulizing #Crohns. This was me at a wedding days before surgery. pCD research has come a long way but needs to go further to improve #IBD patient outcomes. Please continue to advocate for this 🙏🏽
