It's very rare that I go out to be social. Furcon twice a year, and a few yearly family meetings is often enough for me. Though this evening I'm checking out something called "Kinky Queer Cafe". A closed social meeting event for people under the LGBTQI+ banner, that also enjoys kinky stuff :)

A thing that's still a slight annoyance. I'm way too scared/shy when it come to asking about regular intimiate stuff. Sitting right next to someone, hold around each other. That sort of stuff. Especially toward girls. Hope to fix it, but that's one plunge that often feels too scary.

So back from attending my first social BDSM event. It's set up like a cafe with both rooms and fixtures set up for people that want to play. Got a brief introduction to the place. What everything was, and some of the expectations they had to its members. Was mostly a 4 hour social night for me.

Happening this Thursday. Regular work day, then quick head home to pick up some gear before heading out. In worste case I'll get to see how the place operates, and buy myself a soda and waffel :) In best case.. well.. I'm taking Friday so I got 3 recovery days ;p
