Travel horse day... again. The current month has been a bit bonkers when it comes to traveling. Car ride to Furnavia. Car ride to Malmø for NFC preparations. Now a "short" 2+ hour ride to complet various deliveries. Having Garma as a horse is quite fitting.

Here's a gamer advice. Don't play Rimworld unless you want to be put on several watch list. Reading people explaining their playthroughs or new tactics can be a bit distrubing. Rimworld and Stellaris. Be glad they both use simplified graphics and text.

Based on how I turn my bed into a fortress of pillows, blankets, and plushies I'm not that far off.

Ahh the "bonus" of age. Today: Am I getting sick, or am my body just very tired from a very hectic past few days? This made worse by I never get the traditional symptoms when I'm sick. The few things I do get are similar to just being fatigued. Now my fatigue can be worse than when I'm contagious.

Can we get self-driving cars yet? 6 hours drive after a hectic weekend. Need double the amount of breaks than when arriving. Estimate 2 more breaks before I'm home. Around 2-3 hours driving left. Taking it easy and carefull.

Having another one of those "what the hell am I actually doing?". Usually caused by being in the furry fandom. Only 1.5 week since I returned from stay at furnavia, and tomorrow it's straight back into a fully loaded car to work on NFC stuff for a couple of days. What the hell am I actually doing?

A happy Furnavia memory: I was in the gender neutral toilet just cleaning myself after a quick bio break. When in came a cute girl, and did something I had never experienced before. She asked for a second opinion on her outfit. I gave her an honest opinion, as it looked really good on her.

If you want tax money to go directly back into your local community, then demanding better social wellfare ensures that. Even when you don't receive the money directly. Give someone on low-income money, and that money goes to the local stores and services you too use. Thus investing in your area.

Last year was my first @furnavia.bsky.social. I got to admit it's had a glowup this year. I see a great potential for it. Will definitely keep it as my "vacation" furcon for as long I work for @nordicfuzzcon.org . Both great cons. I want to see both continuing to blossom.

I'm going to be blunt with @furnavia.bsky.social. You have a great setup for dancing, but I felt that the con itself was bit too exclusive to niche music. Next year please add in more known types earlier. Not just at the dead dog :)

I might or might not enjoy being allowed to kick out outsiders for being rowdy. Trying to sneak into a place without tickets. Didn't have to do more than show them my "resting bitch face", and stand opposite of where I wanted them to go. It's quite easy if you've tried to handle fursuits parades ^^

Arrived at Furnavia around 15:00. Been chilling sinxe then as stuff doesn't start until tomorrow. Pleasantly surprised of how many old faces I'm seeing here so far. Also a fair number of non-Norwegian furries giving the furcon a try :) I think it's going to be a great week.

I'm going to be blunt. I hope a certain political party gets all their gender affirming care taken away from them. As gender affirming care isn't just for trans people. Cis people get the exact same treatements. If your testosterone or estreogen levels are too high/low, you get the same medicine.
