This will be the last W.I.P post till it finished, so a bit more rambling than normal. Both character are done now, and I'm working on the background now. It mostly going to be my imagination for the background so here hoping I don't break character cannon somehow. [1/2]💀

Got most of the texture work done on the second character now. Still need to add some more detail, finish the 2d face rig, and smooth my bump map. But I think it coming along nicely. After all that I be working on the background then the rigging/animating.

Did this for @veiledng.bsky.social including Julie in their Draw Mutual's OC's thingy. Just as a little thanks. Turned out amazing, it did, so this was totally earned! Mei feels like that cute, peppy, slightly-tomboyish beach gal that everyone likes, so I gave her that kinda vibe. Thanks Veil!
