How many cherries is too many cherries?

So much work to do today. Looking at the news is such a mire.

Tonight I saw a solid production of Reginald Rose’s 12 ANGRY MEN and wow. Just wow. The issues, prejudices, and humanity in that show just—oof. It could so easily take place today. I’m torn between thrilling at the play’s timelessness and being heartbroken by our society sliding so far backward.

I made a salad for lunch and it didn’t suck. I don’t know who I am anymore.

New draft of the musical seems to be going in the right direction. It’s been a long time coming, but I might be excited about this story again. Whew. #newplay #playwrightlife
