The Switch 2 direct was ok but kinda underwhelming for me. A lot of time spent on standard features tbh. A lot of old third party ports and not much Nintendo hype. DK looked cool. The price of the games is deeply concerning. (£75/$80 for Mario Kart) is very worrying. Getting priced out my hobby

Ai content is going to be everywhere. Shops, marketing, online videos, memes, propaganda, heck even Youtube thumbnails. There's going to be an actual tidalwave for the next 10+ years and and it's going to be so boring and uninspired.

I think I finally lost the remaining faith I had in humanity. It's just gone. I think the world is fucked. I think the systems in place can't be sustained without suffering so it's just a never ending cycle. I am now one of those insufferable doomers I'm afraid.

Sonic 3 didn't do as well as I thought it would at the box office. It's still a success story but it looks like it's only just gonna scrape by Sonic 2. I was expecting more closer to 500 million range. Some reason the international audience were much more into Mufasa.

Sonic 3 probably the best video game movie imo. It's one of those things that's kinda crazy it even exists given how the franchise started. Probably could've ended the series there on a high but, hopefully they keep it fresh going forward.

Youtube has a weird way of measuring watch time, it'll be like "the average watch time for this video is lower". Well yeah, it's a shorter video. Unless people are watching on loop it's gonna be lower. But it's still directly comparing it all other videos regardless. Seems inefficient.

Think I'm just gonna have to make a video about Brothership but, thinking back at the game. That's the worse sailing/boat navigation I've ever seen in a game. Like, ever. They somehow stripped all the joy of exploring the sea and made it a boring slow menu that only serves to waste time.

I know this be a niche game but, it's still one of the best remakes imo. Like they really went above and beyond. Bit weak on puzzles but still a better overall experience. And they made the second game substantially better imo. Was never a huge fan but now it's as good / better than the first

If I was to give one piece of advice. Never ever take good neighbours for granted.

Star Wars Skeleton Crew is good so far. I think having the Star Wars galaxy set from the perspective of kids adds a bigger sense of wonder to what is quite a played out world tbh. It also effectively increases the stakes simply because they are so out their comfort zone. And...cos they're kids

Between Inside Out 2 and now Moana 2 doing incredibly well. We're just gonna get even more sequels aren't we? Probably gonna be a really boring time for big budget animated movies for the next decade.

Tbh at this point anyone who has beaten these levels shares an unspoken spiritual bond. Some of them are fun but overall I think they went a bit too far. It's just trial and error a lot of the time with a really BS goal placement to kill you over and over once you actually make it to the end.

Put so much work in my next video. The most animation I've done in a long ass time. Next year I'm probably gonna be shifting focus towards my "Every Version" videos since they do so much better. So I guess this video is sorta a thank you to long time fans. Lotsa fan service lol.

The new first person mode in Monkey Ball is kind of ridiculous. But I'm into it. Imagine if they added VR support.

The new Monkey Ball update essentially tripled the amount of stuff to do. It also added new levels but they're probably the most difficult levels in the series. Sorta borders on rage inducing.

Well I finished Brothership 100% They got a really good 20 hour game in there stretched out too thin. The game has some incredible highs but the pacing is just disgusting imo. They nailed the combat at least. And the overall story was good. Pacing and padding just really hurt the game for me. 6/10

Watched two movies tonight. Transformers One really did live upto the hype. Fantastic movie. And Borderlands was as bad as everyone said. Probably the worst movie I've seen all year. Truly terrible.

What do people think of Brothership? I've never had such a weird experience playing a game before. At times it's a painful slog that feels like a chore, at other times it's this insanely epic over the top borderline fanfiction of a game. It's a hard game to review because it's so inconsistent

Something which no one talks about publicly is how many unhinged people you have to deal with online if you're some kind of "online personality". Could just be going about your day and suddenly someone is sending 50 angry emails talking about nonsensical stuff and now that's a thing.

Echoes of Wisdom is an interesting game. I kinda love it but, there's a lot of questionable stuff in the game. Like, it's unusually easy and gives the player a billion ways to heal at all times. There's mechanics like the smoothie making and automatons which feel completely undercooked too

Sonic Team really locked in with the level design in Shadow Gens. But also makes me wonder what the heck was goin on with Forces even more than before.

I have decided getting a game early for pre-ordering it digitally is incredibly lame and I hope it doesn't become the norm. Especially if the physical pre-order bonus is good. So basically the internet is just full of spoilers before the game is even out.

Tbh I feel like earning and experimenting with the echoes in the latest Zelda is much more enjoyable than the way TOTK approached a similar concept. The way the puzzles are seamlessly incorporated into the world is much better than detached shrines. Better pacing all around too.

Probably the best Mario Party game I'll have for a good while. Was kinda wild.

I don't get why or how parents can say anti-LGBT stuff in front of their kids knowing full well one of them might fit into that group. You can't just presume your kids are all straight So youve just put them in a position they will never come out and feel ashamed. Its fucked up. Sick of seeing this
