Eight out of ten domestic workers are in informal employment, meaning they are excluded from #SocialProtection such as maternity benefits, family and child benefits, medical care, sickness coverage, unemployment protection, and pensions.

🔵 #ILC2026 / In the #PlatformEconomy, #DomesticWorkers shoulder all the risks, while digital labor platforms make massive profits. We are at the #ILC2026 to urge Member States to adopt a robust ILO Convention that ensures technological progress does not come at the expense of workers’ rights. ✊🏿
