Not enough credit is given to those who ensured the system didn’t collapse during covid19 while those elected to lead left their responsibilities to greed. NHS, Frontline emergency services, council workers and our civil service are the backbone and pillars of our society.

The Covid Inquiry report doesn't offer any surprises. The huge mistakes made were knowable at the time and repeatedly warned against by many of us. And in relation to preparing for the burden of post viral chronic disease, I don’t think we’re in any better position with a future pandemic.
