I'll be at Chapters in Dieppe New Brunswick on Saturday with my new novel Something Happened in Carlton. While its a drama, it does have a fair amount of humor injected into as well. And I should have copies of the other titles as well....maybe even including my cartoon books.

I recently commissioned a sketch of two of my favorite characters, Duncan and the Monster from my supernatural horror novel Maple Springs and decided to make a little promotional tool with it. PS... same talented Quebec artist François Vaillancourt did both the book cover and the sketch. ;)

I just had the most quintessential Canadian shopping cart incident happen where I almost collided with another cart as I rounded a corner of an aisle. My response was... "Sorry, bud!" His response was just as vicious with... "Sorry, guy!" The tension....ouf!! Hashtag Canadian experience....
