I patched the sysutils/nut_exporter port to add support for the server option in rc.conf. Went to submit it and it turns out account signup on the bug tracker is now manually processed by email (thanks, AI spam) so waiting on that now #freebsd

If you have a Synology NAS you can use NUT as a client for it to get controlled shutdown of other hosts in addition to the Synology. You have to allow the client IP(s) in the Syno UPS config, and then use “ups@nas-hostname” to access it with NUT.

Discovered a Prometheus exporter for Network UPS Tools and now this is happening #freebsd
