Whether it is discoverable is not a given. Pro se litigants using Ai as a part of trial prep may be afforded work-product protection. Several cases have already held so. Ai use be lawyer’s clients going rogue? That’s discoverable.

I’m a bit flabbergasted by this response. The choice is either not seeking justice because you can’t afford a lawyer or feeling like you can navigate it using AI and maybe get by. I don’t think it’s stupid at all to try AI. I also don’t think this is only indigent people. Lawyers are EXPENSIVE.
