With so many of the floorboards not being smooth, it’s a pain getting into certain rooms. I can’t get into the attic or the basement; I can’t get through the weeds and grass to get to the damn barn.

Heading back to the cottage today, this is the wheelchair they’ve given me. When the incision heals, I think I’ll find my way back to the forge and make some adjustments (like adding the Talis T) I have mixed feelings, I’m happy I’m alive but losing a limb is something else…

I’m absolutely appalled and embarrassed by what I said yesterday. The mediation they gave me made me rather loopy, today I’d rather deal with mild discomfort on a lower dose.. Please no one tag Viktor in those things…

This salve isn't doing much and I haven't heard word from the local doc about any new medications yet. It's red and oozing while being very hot to the touch... I haven't updated Viktor on it just yet, I don't want him to worry. This salve only brings short term relief....

Hey Viktor, I'm home! Heading to the attic to clean it out.

Local Doctor took a look at my leg...might have an infection. They don't have much in town and are sending out for medication, he gave me some herbs from the apothecary and some instructions on how to clean it. Need to keep it clean and treat it with this salve.

Trying to hide the fact I’m moving a little slower today, the cut to my leg still hasn’t healed.. it’s also started to ooze a bit and feels hot. I might have to get something from town to treat it. But once I’ve done that, I’m going to take a look at this attic.

I’m flattered, really, but I’m really trying to focus on getting situated in a new place and renovating the cottage.

I do not mind spiders, especially when I can see them. I do NOT like when they fall into my hair when I’m trying to clean. I think Viktor thought I hurt myself when I yelled about it. It was HUGE.

It's taken a few hours but I am making a difference on the wooden floors. I'm not sure how long this place has been abandoned by a few of the pieces of warped, I can see both of us tripping on them in the future if we don't get them replaced. I'll have to add that to our list.

Viktor and I will once again be sharing a bed, this one seems a little big bigger though. As much as I loved the Inn, I don’t mind having a private space where we can talk more about what happened without anyone overhearing through thin walls.
