As an independent contractor, I have to track all my own income and expenses. I've used a spreadsheet in the past to track, but this year I'm attempting Stride again. Which do you prefer use to track things as an independent contractor? Spreadsheet? App? Or other?

Some pole dance resources I love to use are Pole Movebook and the Pole Moves app. Pole Movebook has some amazing features built into the website to find moves and figure out how to build combos. The Pole Moves app is a database you can use to track your own progress through moves and try new ones

Came down with a sickness yesterday and here's what I've been doing to recover ๐ 1. Cancel physical activitiy 2. Sleep a TON 3. Eat spicy soup with lots of veggies 4. Drink echinacea tea with lemon and honey 5. Drink lots of water (100oz+ per day) 6. Use a humidifier with eucalyptus oil 7. Vicks

Pole dancers and aerialists do some crazy hard sh*t with our bodies. This makes proper refueling even more important. I like to always keep Greek yogurt on hand to add extra protein into my meals. Use it to replace sour cream in savory dishes or add honey, chocolate, and sprinkles for a sweet snack

I use Vaseline to give myself grip in the winter. I stopped following everyone's advice to not put lotion on before pole dancing, and my grip got 8x better. Everyone's bodies are wildly different. I happen to have really dry skin in the winter, and recently found Vaseline is what works for me.
