I’ve mostly not listened to Xmas music so far (with a few exceptions for the decorating days). I decided to do advent and just “prepare”. Now it’s time to start celebrating and the Xmas tunes are on! Pacing yourself in December really does work!

Woke up remembering my mom, who died 5 years ago this morning. I miss her. It makes Christmas hard. But then I remember how much my dad loved Christmas, the whole season. Not just when we were little kids; he loved it as an adult. And that makes me smile and want to celebrate with those still here.

I have mixed feelings about this. Probably good for the organization but also probably bad for the non- rich patrons. Tkts prices will surely raise. Probably a proscenium stage setup, so worse cheap seats. Undoubtedly no free parking near.

Good riddance. Let Kansas taxpayers pay for the grift. It pissed me off that the State of Missouri was wiling to spend more money on this grift than helping the St. Louis tornado victims. And it’s not like they are leaving the KC metro area, the fans will be fine. KC metro straddles the state line.
