A supervisory position opened at my new job and I'm seriously considering applying. I only don't have one of the qualifications--otherwise I fit the bill. And it's a qualification I can easily learn since I'm already learning it. I don't think I'll get it but hey. Courage.

Been in a really weird headspace lately. Just a really down-on-myself mindset. And I'm trying to cope with some repressed feelings by being more vocal about things. But I struggle SO MUCH to speak those things. Like a physical wall feels like it's blocking me. It's so weird and upsetting.

It's really weird to have my romantic needs change suddenly. Like I'm sure it wasn't suddenly--I'm sure it was slowly changing without me noticing but now I'm just more sensitive?? And clingy? I was so independent and solitary. I'm confused that now I need reassurance and constant contact. Who am I?

For some reason I'm feeling really low right now??? But I am learning how to play pjsk with adding in my middle fingers as well as index so that's cool. Hopefully I can play more complicated songs soon.

Downside: spent my hour break crying so now I have to embarrassingly go into work with red, puffy eyes and rosy cheeks Funny part: I work at a weed manufacturer so maybe red eyes won't be that weird.

Little Saoirse, my new kitten, has had the sniffles since she arrived. The vet said her lungs are fine, just a possible head cold. But the amount she's sneezing and grooming/chewing I worry she has allergies. So now I'm on medical watch just observing her closely.

Lol my card got declined at the gas station and just brought my mood rocketing downward. I fucking hate this system and our dependence on money. I was sick trying to take care of myself. Now I can't even put gas in the car to get to the place that makes me money so I can put gas in the car. 🙃
