After watching the full video, I have a lot to yap about in regards to this, which I'll post below but for those who don't want to read: This seems to be a case of twitch automation refusing to handle a situation, so human eyes need to get on it in order to actually get this processed correctly.

Never Interacted with the guy directly, but I know whats happened to him isn’t right. Spread the word, help the man out. We need to stand together as a community and aid all who need our help.

Emo has been a friend of mine for years, I've modded on his stream for almost as long - he doesn't deserve this. He didn't do anything wrong, didn't deserve a ban - Twitch needs to fix these unreliable ban decisions!

I really hope this will finally get their attention!
